Support for everyday life. Built around your family.

IN-HOME SERVICES

Creating systems for independence where life happens.

Our in-home services bring life-skills education into the routines, environments and moments that matter most. We work alongside families to understand what is getting in the way, identify the skills that matter most and build practical systems around the realities of everyday life.

That may mean breaking a complex routine into smaller steps, introducing visual or adaptive supports, changing the environment, helping caregivers use consistent prompting strategies or practicing a skill within the routine where it actually needs to happen. The goal isn't simply to complete a skill successfully while we're there. It's to give the individual and family a system they can continue using, practicing and adapting long after the visit ends.

Designed to complement existing supports

The Life Skills Co. does not replace therapeutic, clinical or educational services. When appropriate and with family permission, we can align our work with recommendations and goals from your child's existing professionals — helping carry strategies across home, school and community environments.

Not sure where to begin?

You don’t need to know which service is right for your family. Start with a conversation about what’s happening at home, what you’ve already tried and what you’d like everyday life to look like.
