Ongoing Family Support

Come back when routines change, new skills emerge or your family needs a reset.
Life doesn't stay the same — and neither do the skills, routines and supports your family needs.
Ongoing Family Support offers à la carte follow-up sessions for families who have completed Family Training or In-Home Skills Implementation and want continued access to guidance without beginning another full program.
Sessions can be scheduled as needed when a new challenge emerges, a routine stops working, your child is ready for the next level of independence or your family is preparing for a transition.
Support as Your Family Grows
Follow-up sessions may be used to:
Introduce a new life skill or expand an existing one
Adjust visual schedules, routines or physical systems as independence increases
Create new visual supports, social stories or skill-specific materials
Troubleshoot a routine that is no longer working
Prepare for transitions such as a new school year, changing caregivers, travel, puberty or increased household responsibilities
Update adaptive tools or environmental systems
Coordinate new goals or recommendations from therapists, educators or other members of your child's team
Develop the next phase of your family's life-skills rollout plan
Refresh caregiver strategies as support needs change
No Need to Start Over
Because we already know your family's goals, routines and existing systems, follow-up sessions can focus on what has changed and what comes next.
Some families may schedule support around a specific transition. Others may return periodically as new skills become priorities.
The goal is simple: give your family somewhere to come back to as everyday life changes and independence develops.
